William J Kao, LPC-Associate
William Kao completed a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008. Mr. Kao would go on to graduate with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Houston Baptist University in 2018. Mr. Kao is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern certified by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors.
Previously, Mr. Kao served as a Therapist Intern at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD counseling adults diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and various other Anxiety Disorders. Mr. Kao is a Gottman Method Level 2 certified therapist in couples counseling. Mr. Kao was also previously a board member of the Houston Licensed Professional Counselor Association.
